Hartsfield Village is very clean, very new and very modern. They also have assisted nursing in a separate building, which was also very nice and very clean. They had a lot of activities for their people. Nice amenities and they had a lot to offer the residents. The only thing they didn’t have there was a Catholic mass.

I asked if she had some paper towels and I would wipe it up. She went into the bathroom, grabbed toilet paper and mopped up some of the juice and threw the soaked toilet paper in the trash can splashing both me and my husband with some of the juice. The day before my husband was released, an administrator of some sort came in with documents to sign that should have been presented to him when he first got there. I am happy to see that my mom is improving in this community for care. The menu is very good and she has been pleased with the nice variety. They seem to keep them well maintained. Normally the care is pretty good, although today they didn't change my loved one... Mon loves her apartment, and she has her own things there, which is nice and makes it feel like home. The main thing is she feels very secure, which was huge for her.

At Hartsfield Village, the environment was much nicer than the other facilities we've visited and so we had mom there. It has a very welcoming environment. The facility is also located in a nice and convenient location. The people were very nice and they have a lot of activities.
